DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email with tracking information that you can use to follow your order on its journey to you!

Regular orders: 2-7 business days

Express orders: 1-3 business days

These are estimates only, Covid may cause delays

Unfortunately, we don’t refund or exchange for change of mind.

If your item is defective, please email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@ujellymasks.com.au with a picture and description of the faulty item and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
